Sounds like PPPD. I had similar symptoms, non spinning dizziness and disequilibrium, many tests, neurologists, Neuro opthamologist, ENT, accupuncture, chiropractor, PT. It's been 3 years and some days are bad and some are better, but it's always there. I exercise and walk to stay fit. This all seemed to start with cervical arthritis. PPPD as a condition is relatively new (2017) and many doctors are not knowledgeable. Hopefully research will improve treatment. Drugs are not the answer!

@fehrlady
How did you find a doctor that treats PPPD? I have had it for 6 years and can no longer walk except with the aid of a rollator.
