Greetings, and applause for being proactive.
First up, determine your Power of Attorney while you are still considered 'of sound mind' to make the decision. Also, Advanced Directive and update your will.
Not much other advice, except see a Neurologist or Neuropsychologist for professional advice and discussion of meds (and they may suggest the Mediterranean Diet or the MIND diet).
Seems like you do not have Anosognosia like my husband (he has behavioral variant Frontotemporal dementia), which means he has no self-awareness that he even has an issue.
You seem highly functioning, so that is in your favor.

@judimahoney thank you for your advice. 5 years ago, when I retired, we did set up POA and trust. Also, just did my Advance Directive so I’m all set there. I’m very concerned about how fast this will progress and I understand everyone is different. I am getting bloodwork done tomorrow and have to set up an MRI. It’s all so frightening!
