The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) is a 10-minute, 30-point screening tool designed to detect mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and early Alzheimer's, with 90% sensitivity. It assesses memory, executive function, attention, language, and orientation. A score of 26 (out of 30 )or higher is considered normal, while 25 indicates Mild Cognitive Impairment.

My husband scored 24 in 2023 ( MCI)
22 in 2024, and 20 in 2025 ( Alzheimer’s diagnosis )
