I'm not sure what a MoCa test is but I know my husband with diagnosed early MCI in august 2025 had an MRI and Pet Scan, and some other tests that helped to diagnose his. I'm 77 and I find I forget where I park the car, etc., but if your doctor diagnosed early MCI, I think you should follow through on those other tests. Unless MoCa bundles it all together. I don't know.
I sat next to someone yesterday during my husband's lequembe infusions for Mild (early) Cognitive Impairment, and he's on his 20th infusion. His wife told me, that he was able to remember how to fill out the doctor's form, from the infusions. So early diagnosis and treatment is a good thing. Follow up with your doctor again, to see if what they diagnosed makes you a candidate for Medicare approved "lequembe" infusions. Hope this helps.
