I had a transrectal biopsy around 10 years ago with a local painkiller. It was still pretty painful. In January I had a transpirineal biopsy with local painkiller killer. It was painful also. If I had to do another they would be knocking me out.

@kennyo I'm with you. My wasn't painful so much as uncomfortable. But two strikes...yeah, knock me out.
