@jozer For one reason your endocrinologist could not elaborate on the specific side effects is because they study the bone structure and how to prevent further bone loss; where as a pharmacist studies medication, better able to provide potential side effects; my thought. And, if your endocrinologist knew and shared all the potential side effects, would you continue with the treatment? I would not have! It’s a lot like politics…..only tell one what they believe one needs to hear to sell the idea, in this case, the treatment!
