I hope it helps you. First, I massage the scarred area before doing the massage shown in the video. It does make a difference for me.

@hopeful33250 thanks, me, too - I tried it this afternoon laying on my couch, and will do in the shower tomorrow - and maybe in bed later - can’t hurt!
