In addition to these products for chronic constipation, I learned about abdominal massage when I went to pelvic floor therapy (PFT). The abdominal massage has been quite helpful to me in helping to deal with scar tissue from three previous surgeries.

If you have not yet been referred for PFT, this might be very helpful. Here is a link to a YouTube video that describes the technique I was taught: https://www.youtube.com/watch

I use this massage technique at bedtime.

Thank you very much for this suggestion. I have never used abdominal massage and the YouTube link was very helpful. I will certainly see if doing this is a good addition to the products I use.
