my mom recently Diagnosed breast cancer bone metastatic how i can have opportunity to communicate with the Doctor in mayoclinic Arizona without visiting facility ?

If you download the Mayo app and create an account using her patient id# you can send direct messages undee "Message Care Team" in hematology/breast oncology banner- Scottsdale location.

Have her set up her patient portal with the mayo app and give you the info - the app shows appmts, billing, lab & radiology results... it also has a place where you can communicate with her medical team and ask any questions you have. They will respond back through the portal. I really like it.
