Hearing aids will never be able to be as perfect as your own hearing, but they do greatly improve the isolation.

@rainyday541 Try the Phonak I90 Sphere Ultra. They are by far the best hearing aids on the market.
They will never be as good as your original hearing but they give me hope for the future. Not a big fan of AI but it is helping the hearing aid technology immensely.
I have severe to profound hearing loss and so does my audiologist. Maybe that is why she is so good.
I got the latest Phonak I 90 Sphere Ultra hearing aids for $4,200 including a charger, custom ear moulds and a device that streams the sound from the TV in to your hearing aids.
I am 74 but for the younger generation this should give you hope.
