I had successful 2-level L4-L5 fusion in 2017; and several spinal injections to mitigate the pain before surgery 6 years later. The steroid injections lasted a year or more. sort of like a spinal tap; not too painful. One of our local hospitals has a "Pain Clinic" where they routinely do this stuff...
But with congenital stenosis; the pain returned; did what I think was "MILD" and it is too early, 4 months out, to determine if it helped, or how much...

@deedeej6808 thanks for that I had a C3/C4 fusion in 2016, now it appears there’s been an issue related to that surgery. I’m scheduled for an MRI and then, based on the results, it looks like either injections or possibly more surgery!
