My comment will be a weird and a long one but here goes. People who wear "wearables" from rings to watches seems to me it's a problem. I remember wearing a Fitbit and it said you woke up 7 times, LOL no I didn't. Quality of sleep is not measured electronically it 's measured by how you feel. So here this watch is saying you slept horribly so guess what? Now you're going to be fixated on it and more than likely its going create that viscous cycle.
Have you heard of sleep hygiene? It's a evening routine that works for you to get you sleepy and ready for bed. Mine is the kitchen is "closed" meaning it's clean and ready for the morning by 8 pm, the only light is a small lamp in the den, the dogs with me, tv on no violent shows, no news, maybe a comedy or documentary etc. but something peaceful and happy. 10:00 I take my claritin for allergies and krill oil and sometimes a magnesium glycinate and at 10:30 I'm headed to bed, lights out no freaking computers, phones or horrible wearable anywhere in sight. And a bed that makes dreams come true! 4-5 cotton blankets, Italian sheets, down mattress topper, coverlet and my dogs next to me. I also sleep in an incredibly cold room, 62 degrees. I wake up at 8ish sometimes 7ish no alarm clocks. Go to bed sleepy and say ahhhh this feels so good and I'm cold brrrrr and think of how cozy you are under the blankets...your pups breathing, flowers in fields, laying on the beach and how warm your skin feels but the cool breeze......and you'll be asleep.

@gigipatula
Hi thanks for taking the time to answer me.
FYI I am not using my Applewatch. The hospital put an EEG on my head which reads my sleep patterns,
FYI:
My new mandated sleep pattern:
Up and out of bed every morning at 6;00 AM all lights on, all shades open

Next, sleep, 12;00 Midnight, turn off phones and TV 11:30 PM
Will see how it goes,
