@kallettla I’m also statin intolerant but I’ve had some good results from a supplement called Durable Heart. Recent lipid tests showed a significant decrease in LDL and triglycerides.

@con123 thanks. I will look into it. I have started berberine. There is some old research that said it reduces LDL, triglycerides, and doesn't affect HDL.
