Three weeks is a long time, but a different doctor might not be faster. Ask if they have a cancelation that you would like to be seen earlier. But you need to be ready if they do call. You will have your prep day for the colonoscopy. Do you have your drink mix yet. If not I would ask the doctors office if they supply it or will you have to pick it up. That way you will be ready.
You know the waiting is the hardest part and I and other's feel for you and some are saying prayers for you. I still work so keeping busy helps . If you don't work try to not isolate yourself, get out a little. I kept telling myself that no matter how much I worried it would not change anything. If your health permits, find something to do that helps other's. My thoughts were if these are my last days how do I want to spend them. I felt like a different person because I didn't know the outcome. The things that were important didn't seem that important any more. I became a better person before my surgery. This time the outcome was good and I slipped back to my old ways. Now I'm on the beginning of prostate test. Will I become a good person again ? Am I worrying again, you bet. I cannot change one thing worrying, but I do it anyway. Now I need to be a good person again and go help other's.
Let us know how things are going and if you do get in sooner. Take care and write when you can.

@lockmith got lucky and got my colonoscopy yesterday, bleeding was evident but Dr didn’t seem to be overly concerned but samples sent to lab so hopefully nothing too serious, thanks
