Hi 🙂 It can definitely take a lot of time for pain to subside. Its major surgery. Depending on what they had to do you have tissue that is scarring and reconnecting to muscle and things removed. You do need to give your body grace to heal. When you say it hurts, is it only in certain instances? I know mine hurt for a while. I was wearing a pillow pushed against my stomach everywhere I went to keep my tummy from doing acrobats. I would certainly mention it to your surgeon. I did end up getting a siroma which was a pocket of fluid built up in the surgical site months after being operated on. Its been a couple years now and my scars still hurt at times. Some pain is normal but follow for sure. They may want you in to check everything is ok. Check for redness and heat. I wish you quick healing and will pray for you.
