Did anyone recently get on a RMC drug trial, say in Jan/Feb 2026? If every site is waitlisting patients and the drug company Revolution medicine is not opening slots, we are all left with patients having no hope for their life. We have called every site in the country and even Rev med company, there is currently a big waitlist of patients and they are working on closing the current trials. I understand it is a lot of investment, but if the drug isn't coming to market anytime soon this year, how do we get our hands on it to get a chance of survival? KRAS does not respond to any kind of chemo from results we are seeing/hearing from others. It is a very sad state for patients and families trying to navigate trials on their own, with no support from our hospital.

I've been fighting this disease for 3.5 years and it's been a fight the entire time with being "cancer free" for 3-4 months on 2 different occasions. I have KRAS12D, TP53, and a mutated ATM. I've been on 3 different types of chemo and for me they seem to shrink tumors or lesions, not kill them. Once I'm
off chemo, they grow back. One of the earliest RM6236 trials closes in July of this year; I have no idea of its success - it's all about that I believe in order for FDA to approve before it can be released to public but maybe @stageivsurvivor can better educate us on that process. Some people seem to have success with radiation.
