@downnout59 thank you for responding. I have prolapsed mucosal rectum and prolapsed bladder. I had for 30 years ulcerative proctitis and it evidently has now healed but with all the agony I went through with that there’s lots of scar tissue which frightens me for having complications due to the scar tissue because I had a small bump removed from the outside of my rectum and was given general anesthesia to take it off.

That’s where my complications began. When the doctor performed the surgery it created a stricture which no doctor would help with and it would close up as i would try to defecate. I ended up taking matters in my own hands to open it after probably 3 years but from all the pushing down to defecate it created a total collapse of the colon along with prolapse in both directions. My worry about surgery is getting another stricture but I will go see a surgeon in March to see what she says. A surgeon that I did see said that if I get it fixed I will probably leak just due to putting the rectum back in place and the muscles not being tight. Maybe that can be worked on through exercises like you did.
