Can you get into see your primary doctor? Perhaps he may refer you to a Neurologist to find out what is causing your headache.

Blessings & Prayers....

@covidstinks2023 I would agree with you. Sounds like Occipital Neuaglia pain, coming from your neck up that back of your head. I have had them for years, however my wonderful Pain Dr. gives my both trigger shots and nerve blocks. They help along with ice packs, hot water bottles,
lots of water. I have started my own stretches classes at hm, after attending PT course. I do them every morning. I watched (u Tube) Dr. Jon Saunders, he is great also Japans Oldest Dr. on posture, believer me it is helping. My biggest game changer was my clervical Pillow (size of my elkbow) long a narrow it give your neck such great support, I will never use my down pillows again. I also use elastic bands to stregth my neck muscles sure hope these hinds help you,
At least when you send these messages we (fellow sufferers) know how bad and how dificult Life can be while in such pain. There is help out there; Best to you. P.S. My Dr. also sent me to a wonderful gal that is called :Clincial MassageTherapy I live in Norther Ca. it is the best help I really look foward to her monthly treatments. Keep us posted.
