I had open RP in 2011. Complete urinary incontinence for 2 months then it was gradual improvement but today still wear pads, Nobody explained anything about ED then so fumbled along myself. Viagra or cialis partial erection not good enough for penetration so started on trimix which worked for a few years then moved up to quad mix. Still using that but efficacy decreasing as time passes however while these drugs are not ideal have always been able to orgasm but involves some urine squirt.
If I take viagra I get partial erection and can manage an orgasm through masturbation also. Took some experimenting but it works.
My PSA has been undetectable all this time so I’m lucky and still here at 78.
I never really got depressed and just accepted the changes so all you guys out there just hang in there and try to accept the new you and have some fun working out how to get around the issues it could be worse.

@mondo11 A little over a year ago I got IPP (inflatable penile prosthesis) and AUS (artificial urinary sphincter) implants. I am very happy with both. I suggest googling them and talking with your doctor. Medicare paid for them for me. There are a number of valuable videos on YouTube for information.
