Not sure yr age. At 73 I had same symptoms. Got pissy about it all. Put myself on HRT. It helped a lot. Age doesn't matter w taking it.
Last year started w proteins 1 gram for each pound for ideal weight. Then collegen peptides. Hair and nails are back!! Joints and tiredness gone.
