Hi!!! You DO have someone to talk to about this. You are in a very good group of like-minded people that you can share with. I do have osteopenia, and am the youngest in my family. I also have a fear of not being able to take care of myself at the end, maybe having osteoporosis that will limit my movement and my very future in so many ways.
