Just finished 4 weeks radiation…..have been taking Orgovyx for 4 months…so far I’ve had fatigue (which seems to be getting better), some muscle soreness…
But so far no hot flashes!
I’m 74 years old…so try to stay active for my age…actually played 9 holes golf yesterday
So far….hasn’t been as bad as I thought it would be

You will find your muscle starting to disappear and your stomach muscle loss will result in a belly.
Weight training is very important, it will help you keep your muscles. I’m 78 and run a mile on the track twice a day every day and go to the gym three times a week to do weight training. I also do around 70 situps every time I go to the gym trying to offset the stomach muscle loss.

Exercising can alleviate the fatigue it seems to be counterproductive, but it actually does work.

Try to keep sleeping during the day down to half an hour so that you can sleep the full night. If you start sleeping too long, you get into rem sleep and it will directly affect your ability to sleep at night.

Expect total loss of labido which probably will never come back, genital shrinkage up to 75% also permanent, rapid loss of muscle mass, possible heart failure.
