Back pain may occur due to various reasons such as injuries, wrong sitting posture, bad sleeping position, slouching, hunching, stress, over smoking, long journey, etc. I am a back pain patient from last 2 years. My doctor gave me to do a few back exercises and maintain a good sitting posture. After doing that exercise, I am now quite free from back pain. This website also helps me to learn the possible causes of back pain and how to overcome them https://www.mattressinsight.com/causes-of-back-pain/ . As a patient, I suggest everyone consult a doctor for better treatment.

Lately, I've had sciatica again, and pain in the left side of my neck and shoulder. I'm doing the back exercises for the sciatica, and I'm stretching my neck and flexing the muscles to hold the bones in the long position rather than scrunched (not a very scientific term). It's helping for now, but I'm looking for a doctor to examine my neck as I haven't had pain there before. I'm on the coast in Delaware and there aren't many doctors here ... some gave up their practice because it became so tedious to do an avalanche of government paperwork every day. Peggy
