@lgort5 HI this is Quiet river I have the same problem started about the same time as your.As it attacked me I attacked it. There is no cure at this time and I don't see any in the near future. I found Physical excersize works the best. I found walking and standing on my toes gets the blood flowing to that area more and the helps me even at night. Infer red and a vibrator on the feet and ankles behind the knees and upper leg gets more blood flowing there. and with the more blood the more oxygen gets to these areas. My unsderstanding of neurophy it starts from not enough oxygen to the nerves. and that has to be low blood flow. It has helped my balance also using Blue emu and vicks vapor rub on my feet and ankles works tapping your feet to music also helps also. CBD didn't work for me at all. the only side effects I found was some sore mussel until they get used to it. Good my reasoning isn't a cure but works wonders for some. I no longer have pain or burning. just some sore spots for a while. Keep up what you are doing it sounds like it is working quite well for you.

@quietriver thank you..I empathize with you and glad you found what works well for you. I also roll toes and tap!! It certainly is an individual condition. I find I need to continually read what has and hasn't helped others. I do wish the medical profession would not push Gabapentin and Lyrica. Its disheartening to know it doesn't ever get cured but at least I know now how to manage it...most of the time.
