@bre316 Consider adding a pain management specialist (preferably one who also has an anesthesia background) and an integrative pain specialist to your panel of doctors. Ask each of them to call each other and agree to work together on your care. My integrative pain specialist prescribes oxytocin troches and ketamine troches (they work together) for me and they are the best pain relief I've had in 15 years! They dissolve under your tongue. You may also want to talk to your doctors about ketamine infusions. There are also several other infusion options. Good luck & take care!
