@aldommeyer hi!!! Have you tried Gabapentin to help? It has worked wonders for me but of course, your dr can be your best judge of what will work for you...
@aldommeyer
Greetings very sorry of the symptoms you're experiencing. I too have the same dealing: taking pregabalin 75gm had to be increased, Vitamin B complex helps and there's capasin cream 25% to help on the skin.
RLS the pregabalin and neuropathy. I had to learn to switch to a high fiber foods your Doctor may direct you in other ways. I also drink packets of electrolytes powder just add water, it helps calm down cramps and twitching.
Hope this may help
Thanks, have a wonderful day

@aldommeyer I was going to mention RLS or PLM (periodic limb movement) which both would cause similar symptoms. Another one you can look into would be FMD (functional movement disorder). As soon as I lay down or put my feet up in a recliner my legs begin to move. They move in my sleep as well. I also have movements in other areas, which is the FMD and also Cervical dystonia. These are all different movement disorders but somehow are mostly treated the same in my experience. Medication, PT, OT, and exercise.
Good luck!
