You’re not alone my friend, I had surgery and radiation 16 months ago , my penis also has shrunk so much if I try to urinate normally by unzipping my fly I struggle to find it and it’s so small I wet the outside of my pants so when possible I sit and pee like a girl. Pills , pumps and injections don’t make me big enough for sex so I join the club of frustrated and often depressed men trying to accept that my normal sex life after 40yrs of marriage is over . I feel like I’m living with a roommate instead of my younger wife who has a great body for 65 and I can only wish I never had the surgery
