I don't know much about regions of the stomach, but I wonder if the pyloric region will mean they can save part of your stomach. My husband had to have his entire stomach removed. They had to remove MANY lymph nodes in order to save his life. He seems to be doing ok without those lymph nodes. I hope you can get good care in your country. I think I mentioned that my husband's brother is doing ok and he got care in Venezuela which is a very different country than here.
