I have been on LDN since last August. I've had excellent results up until the past 6 weeks. It stopped working. I'm at 4.5 mg and the rheumatologist said there is no data to show a higher dose would help. I had no results with methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine or Humira. I was thrilled with the relief from LDN, and I'm bummed that it stopped working. I temporarily felt like a new person! I'm allergic to NSAIDs, so I just use curcumin, boswellia and MSM for some relief.
I'm glad the LDN is helping you! Someone said that it doesn't stop disease progression, but I haven't found much research about that.
