@berekann , I hope that you have a smooth transition to your recovery, sometimes I feel sad that I didn’t always make the right choices for myself but I’ve lived a troubled life starting with abuse as a little girl and so I carried all my problems through out life, today things are much better with good medication and therapy, best wishes, Frouke.

@frouke child abuse is a terrible thing; I’m glad you’ve gotten help. The more I read about Lorazepam and about possible withdrawal effects, the more I know I need to get off of it. Sure wish my doctor had never prescribed it. Had I known more about it, I wouldn’t have taken it. Research is so important!

@frouke thanks; I’m in a rough patch right now, but doing the best I can - and as things get better, I will prevail! Definitely not taking more than the prescribed dose of Lorazepam, and then will start tapering. Hang in there! I’m glad your meds & therapy are helping.
