@ndough Your comment demonstrates how very different we all are, and how varied are our food triggers. For me, green beans are the one very safe vegetable I can eat. Others are also safe, like potatoes, squash, well-cooked carrots. My biggest food problems are beans like kidney, garbanzo, pinto beans, etc., tomatoes, and raw vegetables. I can eat broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables in relatively small quantities and they have to be well-cooked. It's trial and error for all of us.

@debhammel You’re right. I can eat potatoes as well. What I really miss are the raw, fresh fruits and vegetables! My daily salads consisting of everything, Same with fruit. I would give anything to have my daily glass of POG again.
