@laughlin1947 I have more foot nerve pain than fatigue. Lyrica has helped some. Hydrodissection (steroid and fluid injection) has also given some relief but not enough to walk without assistance. I will have more of the injections done in 2 months. I am going to try something new called Neubie therapy (an electro stimulation device). There is also a therapy my mother is using for leg fatigue called Tecar therapy. She has had some positive results for her leg pain and fatigue. My specific condition does not qualify for that though.
