@paigenichole1989 Wow, that's a long time to be dealing with SVT, thyroid issues and anxiety.
Many members on Mayo Connect have complicated health issues like yours. You might like to chat. With some people who have dealt with SAM'S and ablation.
Here is a group with a current discussion:

Have you had counseling to help manage your anxiety?

@sueinmn I was in antidepressants for 19 years and had issues getting a prescription so went through the withdrawals so figured why not try it without then when I tried again side effects were too much at the time to get through and my Svt was pretty controlled for 17 years .. it only happened here and there and with triggers I avoided, my meds worked well for it then it got worse around a year and a half ago and just got the ablation, my aunt got it for the same thing and has been free if it over 15 years . It wasn't that bad ... But not realizing some symptoms were from my thyroid slowly lowering.. my anxiety I learned to manage and Only have attacks here and there until the thyroid symptoms and now I'm anxious about going anywhere and get my palpations acting up worrying.. going to get my levels Sunday then see my family Dr wens so she can see what the t3 and t4 say and see if it's subclinical or what bc apparently if TSH is low and others are fine it's not full blown or something but want to catch it ..and treat it and have my life back with my kids and husband. Thought I finally would after my ablation then had to run into something else.
