@frouke thanks. I really do think it is the right decision for mei to stop taking these drugs. I don’t sleep as well as I know I would without anything. It will be a challenge, but I can do it, just like you can wean off Ativan eventually.
I’m going to start with trying CBD plus melatonin, tomorrow night, as I have no plans for the three days thereafter.

@berekann , I hope that you have a smooth transition to your recovery, sometimes I feel sad that I didn’t always make the right choices for myself but I’ve lived a troubled life starting with abuse as a little girl and so I carried all my problems through out life, today things are much better with good medication and therapy, best wishes, Frouke.
