Hello @larastreet1 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I see that you added to the conversation about your experience with fatty liver disease. How long ago was this discovered?

I see that you have noted some dietary restrictions. Does this alleviate the pain completely or do you still have problems?

It has taken almost 7/8 months of watching my diet and removing steroids and NSAIDs from my regime, a common occurrence from RA and what I think has been the most beneficial was abstaining from alcohol.
Not any of the changes have been fun but it did take me from Mash to plain fatty liver. The pain has only recently stopped but 8 months in things are looking much better
