I walk with a cane that has a wide bottom that gives me total security when walking. PN is here to stay and there is no cure. Get wide walking shoes and a stable cane. You’ll fell a lot more secure.

@cit10jetjockey Or in my case, a walking stick is good enough to help me maintain my balance, and it gives me something to lean on when standing for any length of time.

@cit10jetjockey or, buy a light (14 lbs) foldable rollator; I just got one & can walk my dog much farther because I don’t have to worry about falling.
