@michael1012 same. Fatty liver and it is painful. No fibrosis but very fatty. Pain goes around and through my back rib cage. Just a watch and see approach and avoid alcohol and high fat content

Hello @larastreet1 and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I see that you added to the conversation about your experience with fatty liver disease. How long ago was this discovered?

I see that you have noted some dietary restrictions. Does this alleviate the pain completely or do you still have problems?
