@olderandwiser wiser Wouldn't we all like to be younger! I know exactly of that which you speak. At 78 my semen is non-existent as I can no longer ejaculate, let alone get aroused sufficiently to become erect. Testosterone levels are normal. I gave up asking docs for help. They don't offer any. "This is the way".

Was curious, can you still orgasm, even though you cannot ejaculate?
Like when I was 12, I had organs when I masturbated, but they were dry, until about 13.

@heisenberg34 Have you had the endocrinologist check your Free-T levels? I'm 78 years old and when I went back over a few years of blood tests and looked at my Free-T levels, they had dropped like a rock. I now do my Testosterone Cypionate injections every week. I think there are more things for men to have examined in terms of balancing hormone levels, but the doctors don't care to spend time on it. They'd rather perform surgery with a penile injection device that pays them so much better. Same goes for libido improvement, the doctors don't care to spend any time recommending anything to try to improve it.
