I have a d3 and k2 drop product which I use. I did not think that it would give the higher amounts needed for k2 and calcium control. I use it as an add on to my other d3 drops, as per my doctor's suggestion.
BUT...
It seems that even smaller amounts of k2 , as are in this product, may act as a "switch" to activate proteins so they can move calcium into bones instead of letting it settle in the cardio system.
By keeping the vitamin K levels moderate, the product remains safer for a wider range of people, including those who may be consuming vitamin K through their diet (like leafy greens) or those who need to be cautious about their intake due to certain health conditions. I had a reaction to higher levels of Vit k in the past, and I consume lots of leafy greens.

Again, always check with your doctor first; they know your medical record. Especially people who are on blood thinners should be wary of vit k.
@kathleen1314 Thanks. Before the K2 MK7 supplements I take now, my calcium pills contained 45mcg of Vit K2 and some K3.
