@heavyphil , yes, My surgeon at Brigham and Women’s hospital told me before theRARP that he would use that same scar to remove my prostate. There was no mesh and I knew this. That scar is about 2 inches and is just above my belly button. All RARP scars have healed very well and RARP was done 10/1/21 at age 65. I am about to turn 70 now.
