It is good Saturday morning! Happy Ramadan! Happiness a One Week Journey is what leading us to here. I see happiness determined in general guidelines and developed through communications with others. Each group whatever that group small or big, professional or unprofessional is determining the type of happiness that create satisfaction of their needs. And as people are different in their cultures and languages, so listening and changing become the best part in happiness. Words in summary could be “communicate with others by empowering the main goals that end up in sending good messages and effective understanding”.

@1000016352 Thanks! Well said. Teresa

I know of the fasting of old and young store owner's I would make deliveries to. I know think , and say this has been my habits daily for years. No eat till after dark for most of the work week. Does coffee and water contradict the rules? If not I still exist by this habit. I fell blessed to have meet other cultures here living in America. I still feel fear and wonder of the need for a burka (female coverage). I cried and was elevated when President Obama was elected in America, with all the priggishness I witnessed in my younger life. ---- It is a good morning. October the third, twenty seventeen.

Is anyone reading this? Got to do other things. If not important for my comments

The sun is shining beautiful here today, and in my part of the country cool, crisp air reminds me that season is changing. It feels good to take a big deep breath.

I'm listening. I can't write tonight because it's bedtime, but if I can, I'll write tomorrow.
