It is a well known fact that with neuropathy one feels they have socks or something similar on feet. I have had PN for 18 years and yes I feel I have something on my feet when I am barefooted

@5305200 I have experienced the feeling that my sock is still on my feet even after taking it off. I notice this at night, in bed. My toes feel as though they were fused together. Out of all the aches aging has gifted me, it is not near the top. I do take gabapentin at night, but I'm reading that it has side effects like dementia. Jeez...it's always something!
