@bill5letsfixthis exactly my experience.: 3 weeks post PAE. Feel like I am 30 again. First week after procedure is brutal. I was totally unprepared for it, but glad I did it.

@adacol can you describe why the first week was brutal?

@adacol my experience, too. I'm 8 months out and sometimes I don't get up at all during the night. It's great being off of the Alpha Blockers, too. Hoping my eyes weren't permanently damaged by them.
