@blowerk1216 I’m not sure how many use ALA and if they are aware that if you are on blood thinners you should not take alpha lipoic acid. I, unfortunately, am one of these people. I am still trying to find something that helps with the numbness and tingling. I’ve tried every cream and potion known to man and my bank account shows it. My hands right now are so full of numbness and they feel like they are someone else’s hands and my feet the same way. I keep hoping someone can find something that works for this.
