@blowerk1216 I have not taken the orally B12. I also take B Complex 50 and have for many years, it didn't do much for the neuropathy. Since I started the IM monthly injection of the B12 3-4 months ago by my primary Dr , I have gradually noticed less pain. In fact they are feeling much better. Her office is in my building and she comes to my apartment. I started Tuesday with getting the every week injections, my son-in-law gives it to me. I also soak my feet for 20 minutes with Epson Salts in the water every day or so and get a foot massage afterwards. I massage my feet before I go to bed at night. I have tried several different creams for the massage's and have found that these 2 are the best: WISE-MEN healing balm massage for my after the foot soak soaks and I massage with Hempvana #1 Ultra Strength with Lidocaine and Hemp before I go to bed and put my fuzzy sleeper socks on. I try to keep my feet elevated as much as possible. I don't believe my neuropathy is as bad as some people have. I am not a diabetic. Best to you, Beverly

@blowerk1216 I'd have to say a couple of weeks maybe, it's been a while now since I started taking it. All I know is that my really bad night time flare ups haven't happened since I first started. The only reason I'd even heard of this supplement was because my doctor recommended I try taking 1200mg a day.
