I was not aware of the connection of Fish Oil with PC. But the whole picture of someone watching their diet an taking healthy supplements could be association with better PC statistics with higher healthier living.

I have taken Fish Oil for about 20 years. I take Cold Water Salmon Oil. My heart failure recommended it to me to reduce triglycerides. It cut my triglycerides by 50%. So I am a pro Fish Oil even if did not have a good affect on PC. I hope it does as was diagnosed with PC back in 2023 and had 30 rounds of proton radiation.

JC - How much are you taking every day ? : ) I need to lower my triglycerides.

Regarding PC - maybe it did help , maybe it kept it at bay for those 20 years. Your Decipher was pretty low at the end regardless of gleason score : ) and it stayed localized : ))) One never knows, I guess ; ).
