Hi, how are you? I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. It might be helpful to identify what type of neuroendocrine tumor (NET) it is. Some tumors, especially pancreatic ones, can cause diabetes. Perhaps if it can be removed, those issues would be resolved. My wife had a pancreatic NET that caused diabetes mellitus. After the removal, everything went back to normal. I recommend that you ask a lot of questions and also read up on things to learn and protect yourself, not to scare yourself.
