@laura1961 Every evening, I put 5 prunes in about 1/3 cup of hot water, then microwave for one minute. I let it cool a bit, then cover and pop in the fridge.

I’ll eat a few for breakfast, then finish them as I prepare dinner. I love a few prunes over oatmeal, and I drink the water too. It’s sweet! I know it may seem odd, but this has other benefits too, and works for me. 😂

Why the prunes ? Is this to help with osteoporosis? I’m sorry as I’ve missed out on something

@beachesanddreams I am taking 4 prunes a day too
