@amihealthy Hello and welcome to Mayo Connect. Thanks for posting your question. We have several other discussions ongoing regarding abdominal bloating. Mayo Connect is an online patient support group, so we are not medical professionals and therefore cannot diagnose problems, but as you can see, there are many people experiencing this problem and many different reasons for it. It is interesting that you say that your symptoms become worse after exercise. Have you mentioned this to your doctor? You might also keep a journal of your daily activities and food intake and symptoms to see if there might be anything else that might make the bloating worse.

Have you considered a second opinion at a large medical center and/or medical university facility? If not, this might be a good idea. Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing. Teresa

Thank you for the information. I will reinstate my journal of daily food intake, activities and sleep habits.
