I had a similar situation after a vaccine. It was bell's palsy. A known reaction to many vaccines and viruses. This is something that you need to check quickly because with antibiotics the results with the bell's palsy can be lessened. You might get some of the steroid nose spray and use on that side until you can see a doctor because time is of the essence.

I had a friend that had Bell's palsy, for whatever reason she put off going to the doctor. By the time that she went she had a permanent droop to her face on one side.

Even using antibiotics, I have weaker muscles on one side of my face so that there is a deep fold wrinkle next to my nose on that side. This is due to the weaker facial muscles on that side from the Bell's Palsy. Irritating to me, but part of the cost of living, I guess. Luckily, I smile a lot so it doesn't show.

@kathleen1314 I’m actually surprised my doctor never suggested Bells Palsy for this! I’d probably be frustrated with a droop or a wrinkle too. I wish I could move this process along faster to avoid any possible lasting effects. Thank you for sharing your experience with this!
